Front Desk Receptionist



Squirrel Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an Experienced Receptionist candidate to fill an open position for our 178-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.


Hours - Saturday 7a - 7p, Sunday 7a - 7p and Monday 12p- 7p

Responsibilities Include:

  • Report directly to Administration.
  • Manage multi-line operating phone system for 178 bed skilled nursing facility. 
  • Greet and direct visitors into the community.
  • Work closely with various departments including security to ensure safety of our residents, visitors and team members.
  • Clerical responsibilities such as typing and collating letters.
  • Perform daily audits and system tests to ensure procedures in place are effective and in proper order.


  • Must be able to handle large volume of phone calls.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Proficient in written and oral communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willing to work flexible schedule.

  • 2025 Wightman Street Pittsburgh, PA 15217
