Hospitality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is an award winning sub acute and long-term care community that has been a proud part of the Xenia community for more than half a century.  Located just feet away from Greene Memorial Hospital, we are ideally situated to serve as the transition point between hospital discharge and home.


  • Responsible for planning and organizing individual and group activities to meet the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of residents. Communicates available programs to residents and encourages participation. Assures corporate compliance with Medicare requirements


  • Must be currently Ohio certified.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Certification from the National Certification Council for Activities Professionals.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license of the appropriate type and a driving record which meets the Community insurance standards.
  • May be required to lift equipment, supplies, and occasionally move furniture.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and push/pull 50 lbs on a regular basis or up to 100 lbs occasionally.


  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Healthcare, Dental, Vacation/Sick time (accrues from Day 1!)
  • Weekly Pay, Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PIB) 15% increase in pay for FT eligible staff!
  • Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd and Weekend shifts
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Program
